Past users and other will note the slight change in the title that the authors have adopted tj adress the evolving role of law and ethics in today’s legal environment.  The American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) sets the accreditation standarts for schools and colleges of business nationwide; as recently revised Standart C.1.1 reads: Both undergraduate and MBA curricula should provide an understanding of  perspectives that form the context for business. Coverage should include: ethical and global issues; the influence of political, social, legal and regulatory, environmental, and technological issues; and the impact of demographic diversity on organizations.
