Аннотация: in this brochure the results of join project of
the Russian Center "Eco-Accord" executed by employees of the
Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science,
Institute of economic researches of the Ministry of Economics and
Budgetary Planning and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic
of Kazakhstan are submitted. The team of authors gives an
estimation of the agrarian sector of the country in conditions of
joining to World trade organization (WTO), tendencies of foreign
trade turnover of agricultural production are revealed and
characteristic of the requirements showed to agricultural
production is given, offers and recommendations to the state
structures on mitigation of possible negative consequences of
liberalization of trade and maintenance of sustainable development
of agricultural sector of the Republic Kazakhstan are produced.
