As an advanced course " Management accouting 2" is aimed at the formation of in-depth knowledge and skills in obtaining and using the internal economic information to make effective management decissions. The framework of the program ''Management accouting 2' is based on the principle thet there are three ways to create accont information. The first approach is costing while this course focuses on the alternative methods such as an activity based costin, target costing and product lifecycle costind. The second approach is to provide relevant costs with an emphasis on obtaining information thet helps managers make effective decisions. The third approach is connectted with the responsibility accouting and performance measurement of the enterprise while focusing on both financial and non-financial indictors.
